Medication Refills and Prior Authorization Guideline
Medication refills at Blossom Behavioral Health require at least 3 business days’ notice before any prescription expiration. Refills are processed during regular office hours, facilitated by our office manager. Ensure you have your pharmacy number, medication name, dosage, administration route, and frequency ready.
Insurance Prior Authorizations
Your health insurance may require prior authorization for certain medications. Contact us through your pharmacist as early as possible to start the process, as authorizations may take several business days. Immediate fills are possible at direct cost if needed.
HIPAA Compliance
For privacy under HIPAA, please avoid sending any Protected Health Information (PHI) via unsecured email. Call our office for secure communication options.
